Who we are?

Trusted Traveler Ltd is a private company and is not associated with any government agencies. We offer a service that helps customers get their NEXUS card in case you do not have the time or desire to waste their time searching for relevant information.

How we work?

We treat each customer with respect. If you have any problems with the team member who will not treat you properly, please email us your complaints.

We do not sell or give information to third parties. Each staff member has signed an agreement stating that they do not have any rights to share or sell customer information outside the company. We do not violate the privacy of our customers by calling them or sending spam emails.

All communication with customers is through email, to provide the best customer service.

Our team seeks to add date information on the site. However, some government information and programs may change at any time without notice. Therefore we do not accept any responsibility for inaccurate information.

All NEXUS card application forms that are provided in the website contain an information sheet that briefly explains the service we offer. When you sign this sheet you agree and accept the terms and conditions of our business.


Check your email within 24 hours for a link where you can pay the service fee.


We issue refunds only if:

  1. You canceled our service within 48 hours of payment before our agents began the process of your registration in the TTP system.
  2. There is an irreparable mistake on your application in the TTP system.
  3. You have been denied your NEXUS pass because of a mistake of one of our agents and provide proof of this.

Be sure to give us your correct transaction ID so that we can trace and recover the payment. You will get your money back within 48 hours of the request for reimbursement to: info@nexus-card.com.

We cannot issue refunds in the case:

  1. Our agent was has submitted successfully your NEXUS application form to and sent you an email with details of your TTP account.
  2. Government $50 fee is not refundable under any circumstances.


Our Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without any notice. Clients should check our website frequently to see for recent changes.
