In our application, we ask only for the information needed to create a customer profile in TTP system to enable them to get their NEXUS card. All application forms are kept on file for 60 days and then destroyed. We never print application forms. If the client refuses service and requests for their application to be destroyed, it is done immediately and their file is removed from our system.
Information on credit / debit cards.
Credit card information is used solely for the purpose described on the application form. Staff members using an applicant credit card data are heavily monitored. We do not allow staff to write down or store credit card numbers.
Emails from applicants containing credit card details are deleted immediately after use. This does not include emails containing credit card information on an TTS application form. Application forms are kept for 60 days once TTS has carried out the contracted services.
