Who we are?
Trusted Traveler Ltd is a private company and is not associated with any government agencies. We offer a service that helps customers get their NEXUS card in case you do not have the time or desire to waste their time searching for relevant information.
How we work?
We treat each customer with respect. If you have any problems with the team member who will not treat you properly, please email us your complaints.
We do not sell or give information to third parties. Each staff member has signed an agreement stating that they do not have any rights to share or sell customer information outside the company. We do not violate the privacy of our customers by calling them or sending spam emails.
All communication with customers is through email, to provide the best customer service.
Our team seeks to add date information on the site. However, some government information and programs may change at any time without notice. Therefore we do not accept any responsibility for inaccurate information.
All NEXUS card application forms that are provided in the website contain an information sheet that briefly explains the service we offer. When you sign this sheet you agree and accept the terms and conditions of our services.
Payments
If you sent us your completed application and you did not succeed or did not understand how to pay our service fee, please check your email within 24 hours for a link where you can pay the service fee.
Refunds
We issue refunds only if:
- If you have sent us a request to cancel our service before your application has been submitted by us in the TTP system.
Be sure to give us your correct transaction ID so that we can trace and recover the payment. You will get your money back 7 working days from the day of the request of cancellation: info@nexus-card.com.
We cannot issue refunds in the case:
If the application has already been submitted successfully on our part to US Customs and Border Protection and the Canadian Agency for border services and the customer has been notified with an email. In this case, your application also cannot be canceled while in the process of background and security checks.
