NEXUS Denials

NEXUS Card Denied NEXUS card applicants can be denied in case they have any criminal records or violation of immigration or customs laws, regulations and policies. CBP contact various government agencies that are responsible for law enforcement, immigration and anti-terrorist activities. In case, there are any violations, the agencies immediately notify the US Customs and Immigration.

There is always a risk and it is up to you to decide if you want to take it. If you decided to use our services, you can be sure that your application will be submitted correctly according to CBP requirements. However, we cannot guarantee your approval. If your NEXUS application is denied, the US Custom and Border Protection agency will inform you for the reason in a letter. If you disagree with the statement and you have some other additional information for supporting your case, you can contact the nearest enrollment center and schedule an appointment with a NEXUS official to discuss your case.
